North Haven Oyster Company was started by Adam and Michelle Campbell in 1999. The farm lies in a tidal inlet on the Middle Road of North Haven Island, Maine, where the incoming tide meets the outgoing water from Hightie's Pond. The Salt and Fresh meet to create a thriving environment for the Maine oysters to grow. They are bottom grown, and the taste of the earth on which they live comes through in every oyster. Currently the farm is run by Adam, and his sons Zeb and Kaleb, with lots of help from family and friends. Experience North Havens - one of the best Maine Oysters around.
