We love shucking our oysters! Due to the summer season being so busy on the farm, we typically limit this service to weddings & events on North Haven Island.

- table, custom copper trays, mignonette and lemons

- expert shuckers with big smiles 

- top quality, fresh oysters on a bed of ice and seaweed
